The substantial holder notice shows that Merchant Fund have been buying and selling over the last 6 months. Overall have increased their voting power from 6.03% to 7.12%.
They are starting a new biotech fund, 25k investment, capped at 250m.
Have made some good returns over the last couple years with their other fund. The offices aren't too far from me.....might drop in sometime and get their thoughts
Happy to see them increase their holding, a vote of confidence I would think.
