I wouldn't look too much into every day candles. Breakouts and top/bottom of trends are more important. We had an inverted hammer on Monday and a bullish bar yesterday so uptrend intact. Today was just a good extension of yesterday. I agree with other posters that 10 cents won't be the same resistance anymore than previously.
Three Asian investors now own 30% of the company and with top 20 around 60% is tied up. I have a feeling the shares will become less liquid as we move closer to phase 3.
Management has done well keeping things as tight as they can. Partly because overheads at the company are very low. I am very certain brokers have been chasing them for capital raisings but basically got the middle finger.
Also, these Asian investors are not in it for a movement to 12 cents or so.

Another thing is wealthy people are incredibly difficult when it comes to parting with their money. No problem spending $100k at the Blackjack table but when it comes to investing they do their due diligence. They would not have invested unless 100% comfortable.
