In the March presentation BB said capex will be $650 mil. I'm going to presume that is AUD. So if SKI front up with $65 mil (i.e., 10% coincidently) then we gotta find the other 90%. I be surprised if (but very grateful for) financiers to put that much in - may be 60% to 70%. Assuming this level of funding, that will leave between 20% and 30% to be found via other sources (equity). Hopefully a renouncable rights issue to existing shareholders. Catch is, I'd be surprised if SKI would want additional equity below their option price of 12 cents. Somehow the sp will have to rise considerably from here - lets hope - before any CR. No idea on opex sorry.
