Looking at OSH's chart the ascending triangle on the daily as well as the weekly chart is looking great. Ascending triangles like that have served me well in the past. In addition I believe the reducing volume while holding the price ( plus or minus a few cents) is an additional indicator that sellers are holding on, momentum is building for a breakout. I believe this will happen within the next two weeks.
Just thought I try my hand in New Year predictions.
