    re tpi takeover - my personal opinion is that TPI is positioning itself to make KKR regret ever snitching cleanaways from under TPI's nose.

    TOX is a solid company in its own right in my opinion (again) without takeover talk.

    IF TPI were interested in TOX I doubt they'd pay the premium. Then again, what would I know.
