Chart package and trade with ?, page-5

Thank you for your replies, I am looking.
Comsec standard charting is now by my criteria .......hopeless
My templates were deleted...and I can no longer set a standard template for all charts and time periods.
There is no mouse on the screen....a cross hair only and I find this difficult to focus and follow on the screen.
Selection of Moving averages and Stochastic no longer allows me to set the values eg 14 or 21 period average etc or stochastic 21,7,7
Selection of a line drawing tool.... there is no mouse pointer on the screen untill somehow by magic I move to the actual chart OHLC entry..
Comsec justifies their ineptness by writiing
"We've enhanced this page with new features including advanced charting and Chi-X market data. Find out more"
TREALY COMSEC....If your management were working for me.....they wouldn't be.
Also when Comsec people answer the phone they say hello ...... xyz speaking can I have your name"
In my world people pause and wait for me to reply "Hello thank you for answering, Name speaking" before demanding my name.
