"The Company is preparing to convene a general meeting for that purpose, which is expected to be held on 18 December 2015.

At that meeting shareholder approval will also be sought for the issue of shares under the proposed capital raising acquisition consideration."

If I'm reading this right, does that mean the new shares to be issued to cover the acquisition of VDL won't come into play until after Dec18?

So in the meantime, there's no harm in riding out the gains and take a little profit before the settlement takes place?
