That's a bit disingenuous.
If you're referring to their online store (which I note is currently down), being in a similar industry in the same region, I know they do not have the volume to offer online dispatch with a refrigerated carrier (Home Delivery Service would be the main provider who require minimum 150 parcels per week) unless they are paying upwards of $30+ in shipping per order. Which leaves them with StarTrack/Australia Post.. They'd be still looking at $20-25/parcel shipping, which is not feasible for an online platform for products such as theirs hence not really bothering with an online platform.
All the businesses they have purchased have a number of lines, albeit selling in small volumes.
They have 7 brands, each would have a minimum of 3 staff + admin + sales + marketing + accounts (I assume 2.5FTE) + board. I would expect they have about 50 employees in total (including casuals).
