    I heard bots are also programmed to mislead chartists.

    Bots do mess with our heads, they can sometimes trigger a volume identifier. Even though the Bots have been buying and selling amongst themselves, all we see is the increased volume and activity and it flags a particular stock.

    This is known as dirty data amongst the tech heads.
