    No I'm not missing the point. There is NO bull market. When there is a sign that there is a bull market you will see it in the revaluation upwards in the property valuations. They are still at their low, lows. They are well below the replacement cost. Sooner or later these will be revalued upwards. Also sooner or later we will be disassociated with the current millstone around the neck of CER. That millstone is CNP whose only good asset is its holding in CER.

    Chartists will find something to make the price vary a little. Traders will cause fluctuations up and down. That is the only way they can exist. Fundamentals will pay off sooner or later. CER has a lot of room to improve as soon as it gets rid of the dead wood. I class CNP as some of that dead wood. Cer, on its own, doesn't need a bull market to prosper. It only needs a fair go in a stable average market.
