Firstly, the question came from AUSchartman53 who joined hot copper Late May 2012 and posted he had just come accross PLV.

He further posted on 27/9/12 that HE would be buying stock when the market opened. PLV price was 17 cents THEN.

SO THE 17 CENTS IS MIGHTY RELEVENT TO HIS SITUATION AND IS AN APPROPRIATE START PRICE POINT.
