My opinion only but the $5.40 target is based on the wrong base line.
Many people don't take the trouble to confirm support for baselines and just grab the first low and this is great for everyone else because its often wrong and then their stoploss gets triggered.
The confirmed baseline for CMQ (in otherwords the last completed retracement to 61.8% that held thus qualifying as the new base is $3.00 exactly.
This produces a retracement target of just under $5.20.
Bear in mind that the breeching of the $3.00 basline in March could be taken as a sign of potential ongoing weakness. If ~$5.20 was broken then CMQ would once again see $3
