    Baron the last four months closing average is 44.5c from my calculationos.

    Below is all done on 4 month average

    Av open 45.5c
    Av high 48.1c
    Av low 42.6c
    Av close 44.5c
    Av trading volume 32,696,029

    So from what i beleive on takeover price is they have to take into account the last 4 months closing price, please correct me if im wrong. Do remember that if any takeover was announced the current price would rise.
