    Recently broke above major swing point high 2.27.
    It is now threatening to break above minor swing point high 2.30.

    Simply Wall St & Capital Cube have indicated that the stock is undervalued. Please refer to their websites to make your own evaluation of their analysis. Dividend yield is currently 6.8%.

    Current rate of advance is quite strong - approx $0.18 per month (7.8%/mth if you bought at today's price).
