That is a super LT chart - I'd only use that for a weekly close above 4.5c and I wouldn't bother with a 5.5c target as it spells first stop 10-12c but it does support those of us who are fundamental believers that this hasn't even begun yet. Getting in under 4.5c becomes a fundamental and technical LT hold if we see a weekly close above 4.5c.
I look forward to seeing it come to fruition but in the meantime a daily reader of HC should probably look at a slightly shorter timeframe for 'trading signals'.
