I'm no expert and take this with a grain of salt.

Do you plan on investing? If this is going to be a long term investment and you don't need the money, don't sell. The paper loss you see right now is just that, a paper loss. 5/10 years from now, you'll probably see a smile on your face.

If you sell now, you'll realise your loss.

On the flip side, if you need the money soon, and you don't sell, the price might go lower. How low, no one knows. Up to you and your situation on what you want.
