debelle confirmed that no hurry to raise rates - positive for mrkt

when nth korea issue simmer dwn - positive for mrkts and prob a bit overdone

growth is improving all round the world - euro and US have had good data of late

china maybe a drag but not so much on qan

oil price still reasonable

if insto was taking profit and turn bearish then impact would have been greater by now as it is Q1 that a lot of this activity happens

mrkt in general been flat of late so no real impetus for qan to rise

we should see a recross of 6$ and that will be the real test to c if there is any follow thru buying
