I'm not holding this stock but for those who are should be ready for a possible 8% drawdown from market open on Wednesday because the placement being conducted today is fully underwritten and won't be done below $10.35. So this is likely to see the SP take a hit particularly as the purchase will cost $975m and a further $130m integration costs over the next 3yrs, totalling (1.1bil). This is not a small chunk for a company with a market cap of around roughly $3.4bil. I'm in no position to give investment advice, please DYOR. It's not in my portfolio and I don't think I will dip in as yet.
