Just wondering if somebody well versed in TA could chart FRI and...

Just wondering if somebody well versed in TA could chart FRI and offer some interpretations on the following:

short, medium and long term price action based on chart
chart's predictive near term movements - namely potential price entry points (thinking of topping up on finbar, pipeline seems to be chugging along nicely for a more long term investment, would be nice to know if the charts point to an immediate retracement back to the $1.50-1.60 mark as we've run quite hard. that's my interpretation at least of my limited charting knowledge).

Anyone with fundamental view/analysis on the company would be appreciated. personally I think it's got a great story going forward, without any intricate analysis at this stage - main concern is of course the macroeconomic worries that the housing , namely apartment market won't keep going as it is. I myself won't buy a property currently out of fear that jobs andt he economy are going downhill yet house prices are rising, and are quite high.

Also, as with any good company I'm not sure if the current share price represents good value. Definitely a great company, management, skin in game etc - but whether the price to pay to top up now is worth it, is another matter.

Would be great to hear others opinions too.
