Hey Polly, I was being a little facetious, as I hold both stocks, but.. hard not to notice the incredible difference in the two companies, yet... same market cap. You are right, share prices are affected by many different events/details, yet... for those that have followed RRL (and CMM) over the years, its incredible how the two companies have changed. RRL was a throughorbread for many years, then..... they basically put it out to pasture...
CMM is never stopped racing.
@Exised - Agree about CMMs next project, but... that will still only see it producing 50% of what RRL does. It just goes to show how incredibly valuable a new project is. Low sustaining capex, low AIC and... huge cashflow. As we know, RRL has been burning through its capital, even with huge cash flow generation.
RRL may well peform better due to... its heavy discount and laggard share price. Yet, the best companies, outperform everyone else. Especially ones that are tightly held (another thing I have learned.... slowly... painfully!).
Anyway, nice to see RRL staring to gain some traction. Could easily double with a real turnaround of their operations.
