From the announcement the management are taking their value in options up to 10 cents. For it to be meaningful for them there would be looking for at least 3 times that share price and solidified into their management tenure over the next year or so. I would guess these guys are backing themselves for >$100M company. decent drill results will bring that in spades compared to ASX peers.
