Regarding your queries I can provide the following information

1. We would hope to be able to conclude at least one acquisition this calendar year but as you would be aware there can be no certainty in negotiations of this nature.

2. We would hope that we would be able to pay a substantial deposit from revenue and the balance from the excise of options in Jan 06. If this is not possible we will have to consider alternatives.

3. Although we have had numerous offers to underwrite the options we undecided as to whether this is in the best interest of the company at this stage.
