ok so here is what i see:
there has been no real ann since last quarterly.
Brent Emmett has put close to 4mil (over $1mill) of shares in VLH pty ltd super fund, so it shows he iss still interested in HZN.
the change in substantial holding caused a sell off of panic??? could also have caused the selling in Jan and Feb then the next 5 days later of Ceasing to be a substantial holder, but they still own shares just not as many.
then there was some Presentation at UBS Resources and Energy Conference.
not sure what goes no here, but I will put down something, then 500000 shares given to employees, watering down the share distribution. I don't understand the documentation, maybe someone could help here?
then a resignation of a non-share holding director, causing 3 days of sell off.
It looks like the selling has slowed now (again) and I still see this week as being an up week.
anyway, fingers crossed.
