    I'm sure the board are well aware that allowing the Mt M trial issue to drift sideways like the BM JV issue has been allowed to is not conducive to creating shareholder value.

    the proof of that is in the MNM buy v sell stack changes recently, and the fact that the SP is now 10% below the CR price.
