Can only see two possbilities here regarding price action: 1) someone playing funny games to keep price at current levels or 2) a con note holder who got his shares at 1.05c has been selling out over the past few months with another group actively absorbing them. Also take note that PAC Partners is engaged by the company from the time Perkins was appointed. The PAC representative seems to have a wealth of corporate broking experience and from his profile recently moved, among others, from Henslow.
