Interesting with TIR. I haven't checked announcements to see how they correlate with the chart. But on a 3yr. weekly high/low without going into a whole lot of depth two points stand out as clear sells which are way above today's levels of 6c.

A break below 35c was a clear sell as was a break below 25c. There would obviously have been sell signals at higher prices as the stock did hit over 60c. My point being there shouldn't be anyone holding the stock at 6c. who paid 50c or 60c for it.
