It is what they want, absolutely. But there's two parts to this equation, the retail and institutional traders making this transaction possible.

Selling below 18c-18.5c has dried up. So they moved to 19c-20c. it too will dry up, so they'll move to 21-22c.

But it is only when the retail holders have their fill of these games will the next step happen. To be clear, i don't mean to blame anyone or judge, everyone has their own motives and exit strategies and you'd be mad to not have one! But the institutions are being enabled in their trades, it's just a question of how much longer?
