    I have to contradict what you have just said.

    The mood of us german investors is bleak.

    We argued that for the past 16 month we have been fobbed off with the promise of getting better (finance and now RAP).

    Several of us (larger shareholders) send questions to Andrew - no response.

    We fear a     further delay.
