IMO what you have stated are those reasons. BUT what is not mentioned it has been around eight months of waiting for FLOW rates. We all know that delays can not be avoided but when they have had so much time to have this well tested and there are continued delays and NO UPDATES or explanations it IMO very obvious they are not fit to hold their postion
Dealing with S/H `s concerns is a vital part of sound management IMO. There is NO reason why we can not be updated or an explanation. ARROGANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE We are not living in the 50`S and working in remote areas where information is not easily available.

I know there are plenty of other companies that fail the PR system and have time delays in getting things done. It is time that Directors change their attitude.
