chart suggesting downtrend has eneded

Not sure how to post a chart here but based on my amateur skills, the period of weakness since the September high appears to have come to an end today.

Some of +ve technical indicators I follow show:

. a close above the downtrend line which on 3 previous occasions acted as resistance

. a close above both the 7 and 13 days shorter term moving averages

. the MACD & Stochastics have all turned up or crossed positively

. the trend of lower highs on the daily RSI has been broken

. a bounce of the 200 day ma and the 30 week ma

. a double bottom $7.28 & $7.19 (not perfect but close enough)

. volume has picked up quite strongly

Perhaps eieo, robbbbb or haspete can confirm the picture for us.
