My understanding is that the prospectus coming on Monday will be available to instos and the general public. The last time they did a cap raise was about 1 month ago and at that time they could only achieve this with a raise price of 3.5c... Ie they needed to drop the price to 3.5c to generate enough interest to fill it.

The reason they are issuing a prospectus is because they seek more money then that allowed via a Std Cap raise per year (so as per ASX Rules they must issue a prospectus)... So the Cap raise $ amount they are seeking from the prospectus I expect will be an order of magnitude above the last cap raise in Oct 14...

Also at this time and until the prospectus closes (Dec 17th) we will not know the exact issue price or the number of shares issued and thus we have no Idea of what the Mcap of the company is likely to be.

So what price will they need to drop to this time to fill the Prospectus allocation ??? ... my "Guess" is somewhere between 3c - 4c...

So question then begs... Why would anyone purchase today at 5.7c - 6c when it is likely they will be able to purchase via prospectus for a fraction of that after Monday via prospectus offering.?

Well my take is that I suspect the interest in the share price today is purely technical traders who seldom look at the announcements of the company they invest in and instead base their decision to buy or sell on the state of the WSR chart... So in this instance I suspect (to their detriment) many did not know the prospectus was to be issued on Monday... Now they do.

All is IMHO DYOR to confirm.
