Sure if you can produce oil and gas at say $10 -20 or so per barrel or in the case of gas per barrel equivalent it's good money.

I haven't the foggiest idea what EOR's effective cost and volumes will be so really hard to argue the economics

I hope this very long story ends up with a solid result with or without the Indo project.
