These are the exact pearls of wisdom i'm after, and realize it will take quite some time to get a handle on.
I'm not giving up my day job but having a better understanding of where you are putting the money and why will save you big time in the long run.
Examples like you gave with the waste v ounces are things that i just wouldn't think about unless you have been there done that before.
