I suspect the brakes might come off and the sp allowed to run for a bit, until the next CR looms. Can't help but feel the sp has always been heavily controlled. I'll be trying to time the next CR as best i can, and exit. I don't feel comfortable with how a raise will go for building a plant. Nor a JV or TO. I suspect the other side of the table will be getting the better deal.
