if gold price will not going up at some point management will be need to make kind of dress up to please this institutions invested at 1.1$ while SP was ready to go 1.6$ from its 1.3$ ,so kind of known to management ,but yet hidden news will be issued pushing stock to some 1.40-160$ range to let this guys to offload with profit your shares!Then global hopes,again private placement or other theme to rise money ,simply wash and rinse
