Its interesting how "successful" to drill management is not successful in not diluting shareholders ,why they are so stingy and unable to obtain some JV or just rent and use someone existing or own smaller plant,they will pay just 14% per use,but avoid huge costs and diluting our shares!Why they are so much Boot Head?
