DEG has faired well, but SP today or tomorrow is irrelevant for us long term holders.
Financing this project will not be an issue, investors throw money at will into this baby. Look at the last few CR, $100mil here, $100mill there, no worries. And every time retail could have picked up nice parcels slightly under the raise, so really, no one can complain.
We are all just guessing as to gold price, but history repeats and this has 1970s written all over it. Gold took a while to move, but when it did, boy did it move.
Tailwind you are spot on, it’ll be like Steven Bradbury, gold is and always will be last man standing and Hemi alone has 8 million reasons to stand tall
