My guess is that the management in hurry issued one more fatal private placement at discount to some "insiders" for compensation for hard job done and for "important" private investors,guess price of placement 65-75c from 1,20-1.25A$ trading just recently,of course all would be justified on that company need money for its corporate purposes and "drilling" (our pockets),but guys,who is cares here really?All of most just waiting September,no matter what diluting or shares price will be by then,right?
