I didn't say India would rule the world.
I said, "India has the third largest purchasing power in the world."
And of course China is the number two economy and gaining ground every year.
There is also talk of Saudi Arabia and Indonesia joining. The Saudis have been selling oil for Yuan for a while now.
I don't want these places to be strong, I want my home to be the bastion of virtue and strength.
But I'm not going to put my head in the sand and pretend there is not a threat to western hegemony.
We should not underestimate our enemies.
Hubris has been the Achilles heel of many an empire.
