Myself, I'm not going to say I'm a little worried... but only a tiny bit. The only thing I could think that would possible go wrong is if there was some criminal behaviour from management, but I just can't see it. If someone new something the dump would be much bigger as they try to offload. This looks to me more like a shaking of the trees before an amazing DFS.
