But with their huge 19% stake in DEG do they need to do a t/o bid. They already have a huge voting bloc to get DEG dancing its tune, meanwhile they can continue accumulating more and more shares slowly but surly. I don't know the sums but they won't need 50% to get a controlling interest but meanwhile, their huge stake scares off any other potential predators.
