We have not seen any major intervention trials in recent weeks.
Alan Greenspan called the price of gold a fever thermometer.
With Bitcoin there is now a second one that is getting even more attention worldwide.
Anyone who wants to influence the market today has a difficult job.
Interesting times, maybe conditions will change who knows.
