    people need to realise it takes time

    not get smartphone behaviour where looking at your phone gives you instant results on your questions

    go out
    enjoy life
    go for a walk in the sun
    eat a good steak
    Go see your parents
    tell your parents you love them dearly
    and hug them

    life is stressful enough

    enjoy the simplest things !
