The 2 listed entities will not trade to far apart value wise.
As one stock exchange closes another opens. it is impossible to keep them totally aligned.. But during the course of the day they will connect and go up or down..Once our company is settled in i think it will become a little more obvious to all of us.
To different countries brings 2 monterary investors to the same company..That my stab at it for you..
im sure there is smarter people then myself here that will explain better.
