We don't need to worry about COB. Or any of the companies listed in the Austrade Critical Minerals Prospectus really. The government wants this sector to boom and will ensure it does based on how most of the companies listed in the document have performed in recent times. Don't take my word for it though, I'm just some guy on the internet without discernable skills or talents. However, if anyone hasn't read these documents I'd recommend doing your own research and see what you decide. I'm genuinely interested to get other people's feedback on this.
