It doesn't help indeed but there's not much else ARR can do when they need cash - they've got their own things they need to pay for and selling some COB shares in a strong market is better than a cap raise for them. Last year they sold 8M shares at an AVG price of 31.5c and it was just a speedbump on the way to 50c for COB -

19M COB shares traded so far in January and that's just ASX so the 1M shares that ARR sold is not ideal but hardly life threatening.

IMO major stock indexes look like sh!t and FUD makes peeps sell everything and run for the hills. Hands up if you ever liquidated your good invested to cover up your bad ones so you can tell yourself "at least overall I've not lost money" ;-)

I personally hold an opinion that COB will be producing cobalt and when that happens the share price will be significantly north of 51.5c

As much as I like to look at paper profits part of me is craving for us to revisit the 200 day moving average for a top-up
