There was clearly spare capacity out side Russia's Seversk plant in this 2020 data. How much is there now is an entirely other question. My thoughts is almost zip until ConverDyn restarts or SLX/Cameco 'Global Laser Enrichment' plant (s) replace much of these possibly/probably.

It is rather old, It may have a limited life IF GLE gets its skates on. News on ConverDyn is very tightly held!
