    I would guess that FGR or the companies that they are planning on selling to are holding off until the new financial year. Why do anything now and make an average gain in 2019 or wait a short while and make 2020 financial year look awesome. Would definitely make a lot of sense for FGR to go from first sales to break even to profitable all in 1 financial year.
