i dont believe its a shorter at work, ............. rather a accumulator,
i watched the close auction,
there was a sell qty of 400k @ .22
there also was a sell order @ .25 for a qty of 6,400
then, only a nano-second before the "closing bell " a buy order of 406,400 appeared momentarily,
so, to me, it looked like the same seller/buyer who tried for more, (by putting in the very large sell at a very low price ) but only achieved the 6,400 @ .25
