That Hoyle egg may not be hatched until the price climbs over the 82c level, but there seems to have been quite a lot of preliminary cheeping going on in recent times.

To this @Tarvold thank you for your consistent commentary on salient facts like the recent acquisition by PETstock of 12 million shares from Regal - to the tune of $8.4M (70c each?) on March 12 [ref] giving it 9.93% and reducing the Regal hold to 5.62% [ref].​

PETstock and Apiam entered a JV agreement to roll out vet clinics in February 2018 [read about it at S&P Global here], after agreements reported on November 1 2017 [Farm online story on JV goals; 01/11/17].
Shane [linked in] and David [ditto] Young, the CEO and MD of PETstock must want more of Apiam than just a 20% share of their instore JV clinics? [24/08/17; The Redefining of the PETstock vision]

Was vendor Regal shorting? No.

From the [H1 FY21 Results Presentation] more acquisitions are on the cards and past ones (two last year?) have been well integrated.
Is a capital raising likely to be on the cards?
